Dirty Mac was started in 2017 as a monthly pop up night at The Druids Arms in Brighton, by two friends with a love of Mac n cheese and bringing people together.

We expanded our team, increased our pop ups, made a foray into hot dogs, and soon we had set up our first permanent home in the Idle Hands near Brighton Station. Alongside this we ran small pop ups, attended festivals of various sizes, and catered for private events and weddings.

We are now purely focused as a festival, pop up and private catering event company. We have the capability to provide and deliver bespoke menus, as well as offering great quality food in fast paced environments.

Our team are all trained in food safety and allergen awareness, and we are a level 5 rated food business (Brighton and hove).
